We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4.4. Delivery Responsibilities

Once products are delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the products passes to you. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged after delivery.

  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund based on the original payment method:
