Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with our hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date for most items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Insect & Pest Control products (if opened or used)
- Grow Kits that have been opened or activated
- Composters & Rain Barrels that have been used
- Flowers & Plants (perishable items)
- Any product that has been assembled, installed, or used outdoors
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund based on the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds processed within 5-10 business days.
- PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective item).
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
