Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for most items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Insect & Pest Control products (opened or used)
  • Grow Kits that have been opened or activated
  • Composters & Rain Barrels that have been used
  • Plants & Flowers (perishable items)
  • Any product that has been assembled, installed, or used outdoors

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging including all parts and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
